Where industry meets AI.
The new lean is AI.
We bring artificial intelligence inside the company: into the office, the factory, the software you already use and every process. With business judgement and measured results.
Thirty years ago lean took waste out of the plant. Now AI takes it out of every process.
Lean taught us to look at every process and ask where time, material and effort are lost. AI lets us do the same across the whole company: on the shop floor, in maintenance, in logistics, and in knowledge work too, the emails, reports, proposals and meetings.
That is why we treat it as a way of managing, not a technology project. Start with the heaviest processes, measure, consolidate, move on to the next.
Less repetitive work, faster decisions and more time for what adds value.
-
Documents that process themselves
Quotes, contracts, invoices, orders and technical reports read, classified and summarised automatically, with human review where it matters.
-
Plant, maintenance and quality
Predictive maintenance, vision-based quality control, production planning and assistants that put technical documentation in the operator’s hands.
-
Import and export without friction
Tariff classification (HS codes), import and export documents, quotas, origin and shipment tracking: AI prepares and checks every file and flags what is missing.
-
Purchasing and suppliers with judgement
Quote comparison, supplier qualification and follow-up, control of lead times and prices, and supply-risk alerts before the line stops.
-
Only the tenders that fit you
Spots the tenders you can genuinely bid for and alerts you to those alone, without the noise. Then it reads the specifications, builds the requirements matrix, flags risks and drafts the proposal from your own history.
-
Assisted recruiting and onboarding
CV screening and summaries, candidate-vacancy matching, drafting of job posts and replies, and an internal assistant that guides new hires.
-
Proposals and follow-up with AI
Proposals drafted from your own history, meeting summaries, client follow-up and opportunity detection.
-
Case law and contracts, up to date
Case-law and regulation search with sources cited, contract and clause review, and answers to internal queries from your own files, always with a lawyer’s review.
-
R&D projects and funding
Finding the grants and calls that fit your company, drafting technical proposals and tracking deadlines, milestones and reporting, with alerts when something changes.
-
An assistant that knows the company
Procedures, projects, regulations and history searchable in plain language, with permissions and traceability.
-
KPIs and forecasting
Dashboards that explain themselves, workload and sales forecasts, and alerts before the problem reaches the board.
-
AI inside what you sell
Intelligent features in the software or service you offer your clients, as a competitive edge of your own.

Flexible: from a diagnosis to turnkey projects.
Every company is at a different point. We can start with a short, independent look, take charge of a full implementation with our own engineers and integrators, or be the external AI team that walks alongside your internal owner over time.
- 01
Diagnosis
Process map, opportunities ranked by impact and risk, and two or three quick wins prototyped on real data.
- 02
Turnkey project
We take care of everything: design, integration with your systems, training and go-live. You receive the solution working.
- 03
Partnership
An external AI team alongside your internal owner: new processes, improvements, tracking of costs and models.
- 04
Training and governance
Hands-on training by team, responsible-use policy and regulatory compliance (AI Act).
We work with the best AIs on the market, tied to none.
We choose the model case by case: cost, quality, confidentiality and where the data must live. Often the answer is a combination.
- Claude · AnthropicLong-document analysis, writing and reliable agents.
- GPT · OpenAIAssistants, automation and content generation.
- Gemini · GoogleBuilt into Google Workspace, multimodal.
- Copilot · MicrosoftInside Microsoft 365, Dynamics and Teams.
- PerplexityMarket, tender and competitor research, with sources.
- Llama · MistralOpen models, deployed on your own infrastructure when data cannot leave.
- n8n · Make · Power AutomateOrchestration and automation across systems.
- And whatever comes nextThe model changes every few months; the process and the judgement stay.
AI is only worth it if it reaches where the work happens. We connect it to your ERP, CRM, MES, document management and office tools, or build the connector that is missing. No system changes, and nothing that works gets broken. These are the tools we usually work with:

A team that comes from running companies and building their software, not from selling licences.
vailet is a team of process consultants, software engineers and ERP integrators. We have run industrial and service companies and built and maintained their in-house management software, from the shop floor to invoicing. We know what happens when a new tool reaches the office and the workshop: which ones stay, which ones don’t, and why.
We work as an external AI team for the company: the person who analyses the process, the one who builds the integration and the one who trains the team are different people, coordinated by a single project lead. No middlemen, no opaque subcontracting.
- Process consultingProcess mapping, prioritisation and measurement. People who have run a company.
- Software engineeringAgents, automations and connectors. Our own code, documented and handed over.
- ERP and data integrationHolded, NetSuite, a3ERP, Dynamics, SAP. So AI reaches where the data lives.
- Training and changeTeam sessions, usage policy and support for the internal owner.
I ran an industrial company for years and designed and rolled out its in-house management software. I am the one who talks to management, sets priorities and answers for the results of every project.
Built with AI. Run by humans.
